Shipping Policy

At EverLovy, we know how exciting it is to receive a new gadget — and we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options for customers within the United States:

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all US orders over $50.

3. International Shipping

EverLovy ships to customers around the world! We're proud to serve international shoppers and offer competitive international shipping rates.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • 🌍 International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
  • 📋 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. EverLovy is not responsible for these charges.
  • 🚫 Some countries may have restrictions on certain electronic products. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
  • Emailing us at service@everlovy.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment details.


5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted, reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and shipping method, your order may be shipped via:

  • 🇺🇸 USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • 📦 UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • 🚚 FedEx
  • 🌐 DHL Express (for international orders)
  • 📬 Local postal services for select international destinations

The carrier will be selected based on your location, package size, and chosen shipping method.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. EverLovy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at service@everlovy.com.
  • We can update your address only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or express shipping methods.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally issues can arise during transit. Here's what to do:

Lost Package

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Look for a delivery notice or safe drop location
  3. Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
  4. Contact us at service@everlovy.com if the package still hasn't arrived

Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • A brief description of the damage

We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Stolen Package

If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities and contacting the carrier directly. Please also reach out to us — we'll do our best to assist you.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note:

  • Re-shipment fees may apply
  • If you choose not to have the package re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost minus the original shipping fee

9. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During major holidays and shopping events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), order volumes increase significantly. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery. While we do our best to maintain our standard processing and shipping times, slight delays may occur during these periods.
