Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions ("Billing Terms") govern all financial transactions made through the EverLovy website at everlovy.com. By placing an order or making a payment on our Site, you agree to these Billing Terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Currency & Pricing

All prices displayed on our Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences. EverLovy is not responsible for any such additional charges.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
  • The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout
  • Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively
  • Bundle pricing and special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time

3. Order Total & Billing Summary

Before completing your purchase, you will be presented with a full order summary including:

  • ✅ Applicable taxes (calculated based on your shipping address)

4. Payment Authorization & Charge Timing

When you place an order on EverLovy:

  • Your payment method will be authorized at the time of order placement to verify available funds
  • Your card or account will be charged once your order is confirmed and ready for processing
  • For pre-order or back-order items, your payment may be held or charged at the time of order, depending on the product listing
  • In some cases, your bank may show a pending charge before the final transaction is settled — this is normal and will resolve within a few business days

5. Taxes & Duties

Domestic Orders (United States)

Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax rates vary by location and are determined automatically by our system.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • EverLovy does not collect or remit import duties, customs fees, or VAT on behalf of international customers
  • You (the buyer) are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees that may apply upon delivery
  • These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control
  • Failure to pay customs duties may result in your package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs — EverLovy is not liable for such outcomes

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order to understand any potential additional costs.


6. Discount Codes & Promotions

EverLovy may offer discount codes, promotional offers, and special deals from time to time. The following conditions apply:

  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed
  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified
  • Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
  • EverLovy reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without notice
  • Fraudulent use of discount codes will result in order cancellation and may lead to account suspension

7. Billing Errors & Disputes

We take billing accuracy very seriously. If you believe there has been an error in the amount charged to your account, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the order
  • Your order number
  • The date and amount of the disputed charge
  • A description of the billing issue

We will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days. If an error is confirmed, we will issue a correction or refund promptly.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at service@everlovy.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our customer support team.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide transaction evidence to the payment processor
  • Orders associated with an active chargeback will be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved
  • Customers found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from our Site and reported to relevant authorities
  • Any costs incurred by EverLovy as a result of a chargeback (including processing fees) may be recovered from the customer

9. Fraud Prevention & Security

EverLovy takes fraud prevention seriously to protect both our customers and our business. We use industry-standard security measures including:

  • Store credits, if issued, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire after 12 months from the date of issuance
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

11. Subscription & Recurring Billing

At this time, EverLovy does not offer subscription-based products or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions. If we introduce subscription services in the future, separate billing terms will apply and customers will be notified in advance.


12. Invoice & Receipt

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email that serves as your receipt. This email will include:

  • Order number and date
  • Itemized list of products purchased
  • Payment amount and method
  • Shipping address and estimated delivery

If you require a formal invoice for business or tax purposes, please contact us at service@everlovy.com with your order number and we will provide one within 2 business days.
