1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- ✅ The item is in its original, unused condition
- ✅ All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are included
- ✅ The item has not been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- ✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- ❌ Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- ❌ Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- ❌ Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
- ❌ Downloadable software or digital products
- ❌ Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return with EverLovy is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at service@everlovy.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and include your RMA number inside the package.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the return address provided in our email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Approved Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:
- Items returned with missing accessories or packaging
- Items showing signs of use or minor wear
- Items returned outside the 30-day window (at our discretion)
Non-Refundable Charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated
4. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different model, color, or variant, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Email us at service@everlovy.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange
- Let us know what you'd like in return (product name, variant, etc.)
- We'll confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process
If the replacement item has a different price, we'll either charge the difference or issue a partial refund accordingly.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@everlovy.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect or damage
We will arrange a free return and offer you a choice of:
- 🔄 A replacement item shipped at no extra cost
- 💰 A full refund to your original payment method
- 🎁 Store credit for future purchases
6. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at service@everlovy.com.
- Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You may return the item once received following our standard return process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times can vary
- If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please email us at service@everlovy.com and we'll investigate immediately
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- EverLovy Error Returns: If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a prepaid return label.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. EverLovy is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
9. International Returns
For international orders, the same 30-day return window applies. However, please note:
- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable
- Please mark the return package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
